Hank Seale is an industry veteran and visionary who has spent his career building successful financial services software companies that bring innovative solutions to the community bank and credit union marketplace. Hank is an entrepreneur and businessperson who has been the head of 9 different companies and presently occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hapax (which he founded in 2024). He previously was the Executive Chairman for Q2 Holdings, Inc. (which he founded in 2005), Chairman for Q2 Software, Inc. (which he founded in 2004) (a subsidiary of Q2 Holdings, Inc.), and Chairman for CBANC Network, Inc. (which he founded).
